The Challenge

Safeguarding children from the threat of unwanted online content: AT&T wanted to increase their support of online safety awareness by providing a simple way for customers to interact with recommendations from children's media experts at Common Sense Media.

Tech & Tools

We leveraged progressive web app features to provide network resilience in busy AT&T stores. We built an ADA compliant and accessible WordPress site and a back-end PDF generation library for use in executive reporting.

Our Solution

Our system, which scaled to handle thousands of requests per second during the national rollout, allowed representatives in AT&T stores to seamlessly integrate a connection to parents using our app. It then enabled them to connect from home via email and SMS message so that they could continue their exploration after the kids went to bed.
